For the first time ever the convention center took on water from the street level from tropical storm Arthur. With a few inches of water throughout and leaks from the roof, one phone call to Taylor at Guarantee Restoration is all it took. The team took swift action and was here on property helping us mitigate damages. They had a quick response, equipment readiness, and great customer service which is why we always call them first. The communication regarding this claim has been completely unacceptable. On Thursday, State Farm dispatched Guarantee Restoration to my elderly father's home to mitigate a water leak. Workers removed standing water and set up drying fans. The foreman informed me that he would be out of the office on Friday, but promised to assign a project manager to continue the restoration work. Nobody arrived on Friday morning. Around lunchtime, I called the contractor's local office. The call automatically redirected to their main office... read more

We used Guarantee Restoration Services on two separate occasions after a U-Haul hit one of our buildings, and both experiences were excellent. Their team responded quickly, communicated with us throughout the entire process, and completed the repairs in a timely manner. The quality of work was great, and their pricing was very reasonable. It’s hard to find a company that is both efficient and easy to work with, but they delivered on both. I would definitely recommend them for restoration and repair services.
