I rent a little apartment I have ant and roach problems since you switch to another bug company. He came to my place and sprayed in dec said he be back the next month he never showed I ask about him and told your company I have roach and ant troubles they were surprised he had not showed up. Slumlords. Despite repeated attempts to have issues fixed. I still live without a properly working AC unit since 2013. Expending way more energy than a properly working unit. I’ve had a water leak in the house since the beginning of the year and city has been charging me overages for excessive water consumption. The circuit breaker boxes and external wiring “fixes” are all fire hazards. HELP!
Worst place to rent from!! I had to pick up piles of roaches and earwigs when I moved in and a bucket of screws and sharps from the yard. The stove was just sprayed painted over the grease and there was no grass only weeds. When I moved out I left the house cleaner than when it was given to us plus it had grass. I got a call from the lady saying she was really happy with the way the house was left and that she mailed our deposit, I get my check along with a list of charges for "'maintenance."
