Welp... The friendly service at Guarantee Autos wasn't enough.... turns out the 2019 Ford Fusion needs $10,000 in repairs. Ellery DID take it back -- minus the $500 licensing fee. But now he has it listed again for $5,500 ($500 more) KNOWING that the transmission is shot and the front axle as well. And he even says in the listing "excellent engine/trans" KNOWING THAT THIS IS A LIE!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
Bought 2019 Ford Fusion. Ellery and staff were super friendly and easy to work with. No problem taking a test drive on the freeway as well as side streets. We are very pleased and would definitely go to Ellery again!
