Went here to get my daughter a vehicle. First thing got in the vehicle . Vehicle would not start. Vehicle had to be jumped . Took for a test drive and breaks where spongy and getting hot. Dealer Billy W took it to garage and brought Vehicle back. Paid for Vehicle and my daughter drove it to work next day and cam sensor was bad . Had it towed to McRoberts garage where Billy argued with mechanic there had to pay 1400.00 to get fixed. First, it was possible to not give any STARS…..How do you explain the rudeness, unprofessional, heartless person of Whittaker, the manager. (Mister implies respect, of which I have none. Talk to anyone who’s bought a vehicle there and try to find out which part flew off first. WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!! That is if want one that’s drivable more than 2 months. Wish I’d thought to record a video of the sound of the blown motor!
Guarantee auto is where it's at, they worked the impossible to get me in a vehicle when every other place. Shot me down because of my past credit. Billy and his son were very polite and I was there for a total of about thirty minutes. Fast, smooth and respectful. I would definitely go back.
They honestly don't care.
