I don’t share the same experience at all with some of these negative reviews. I met a team of knowledgeable hard workers who are all family people with good values. They were fair, polite and helpful and I have every intention of going back. My car was making strange noises and everywhere else was giving me the runaround. I took it to Guan’s and they talked me through everything, quoted me and even said I could go elsewhere if I wanted. Work is really well done but the time for labour exceeds norms. A 1hr job should not be billed as 4hr because the mechanics are figuring out for the first time how to install something. Still recommend.
Very bad experience
This guy tries charging me $50 for a boost when my car is 10 m away from the store. I hope customers stop going and he can’t afford his mortgage.
