Long wait to be seated long wait just order drinks and dessert slow service not attentive
Had a great time, the service was good, the food was good, an hour wait but got lucky and found a side table in 30 minutes and stayed there.
Our waitress was fabulous. Food was good but the girls at the bar (who, to be fair were very busy) seemed very annoyed and never smiled. Not once! Had I not eaten there before, I might have left after feeling like the bar girls hated their jobs. The waitress made up for it
They got that island vibe down pat. Food was good but not excellent. Service was good. I was surprised that they had Cachacha and Pisco on the drink menu. I will return just for the ambiance!
Won't be going back. 2 Hour wait? For what ??!!! The service was awful, it took a while before anyone came for drink order. We ordered several frozen drinks and it took about half an hour to come. We were told there is only 1 blender??!!! Seriously??! Menu was limited, and over priced. Teens were not happy to fries at all and very salty chips for a side. Food and drinks were expensive. What can you say about Guanabanas. A magnificent Tiki atmosphere right on the water. It's like being in a lush tropical jungle. Just pull the boat right up, or bring the car if you must. You will literally see the most beautiful women in the world there. (I'm sure the men are beautiful too, I just didn't notice.) Great exotic drinks...An incredibly fun time. While the food is not bad, it's all about the ambiance and the wonderful people. Enjoy!!
Words cannot describe how bad it was. We waited for over an hour and decided to get food to go. When we got home the shrimp tacos had at the most 1 and a half shrimp for the whole meal. What a let down. If you have a cool environment, you can KILL IT with poor service and very crappy food. I am in the dog house, because I insisted we go to this restaurant . Thanks A LOT!
Great food... great drinks... great beers on tap! Great people serving locals and tourists alike! We'll be back!
