Went with family and enjoyed the prompt service, excellent food, and great views. It’s a bit of a drive from Royal Palm, but well worth it! Tequila lime shrimp is my fav thing on the menu. We will be back!
The scenery is beautiful. They charge WAY too much for very small amounts of food and you have to pay extra to get a side dish with 2 tiny tacos. 🤦🏻♀️

Give Back Thursday at GuanaBana. Wonderful venue, great service, and a great cause. This is a business that cares about its community and gives back. If the food was terrible and it was awful to be here I'd still have to go just because of that.....but the food is fun and good, and it's so much fun to be in this Costa Rica atmosphere of greens and woods and water that it's simply a win-win! Absolutely incredible, my boyfriend and I went at night when it was fully packed but they still managed to get us a table under an hour when we were told it would be a two hour wait. The restaurant is so beautiful and being on the patio at night is such a great experience. The food was great and so were the drinks. I will never forget it, thank you so much for having a great staff who knows how to handle a full house
We were there yesterday afternoon, we have never been there before. The hostess was rude at best. She seated us in the "cocktail area" and proceeded to tell us that we can only order from part of the menu and I ask why is that, and with the worst attitude ever she said because its a cocktail area. My words were in the most calm and confused voice.. Well thats just silly. So we said reluctingley that we would sit in the area where we can choose whatever food we want.
