About this business

Guanabana's Grill originally opened as a sandwich shop, but despite its humble beginnings, the shack transformed itself into a local favorite. Florida seafood is the order of the day, where creative catches are presented in fresh, large portions. Diners can choose how their fish is prepared; in a traditional Lemon Butter, an encrusted Potato Crunch, Blackened, Tequila Lime and Macadamia Coconut. The menu also includes plates like Coconut Banana Waffles and the "Guanabomb" for breakfast, or the Baja Bomber Salad and Lime Cila... read more

Had lunch there , the food was plentiful & tasted great, loved the atmosphere!!! Our only feeling was that our male server could use a little more training & tableside personality!

It’s an attractive restaurant, and that may be why it’s overpriced. Shrimp fritters were good, but the blackened fish tacos were made of shrimp mixed in with some mushy bits of fish. Waitress’s response was she ordered me fish tacos. So maybe they ran out of fish? Won’t be back.

Had a wonderful time. Poor Juliet, oh Juliet, our server, had come off a miserable experience from a horrible table of troglodytes, who claimed, among other things, that their dinner fish was too small and that the dinner tab was incorrect although they had no basis upon which to lodge such complaint. Harried, yet reconstituting herself like the trooper she is, she greeted us with a smile and then the shenanigans began. She was game despite all the chaos that erupted from our table of soused adults and juvenile delinquents. ... read more

We had a wonderful dinner. The service and food were both great! We were seated almost immediately and the server was terrific—took great care of the kids to make sure they ate while we enjoyed cocktails and appetizers.

The ambiance and views are what you come here for, not the food! Drinks are good, and the views are great!

Attempted to enjoy a Sunday brunch. Upon arrival our party ordered the "bottomless" sangria. After a few rounds we were informed that bottomless was actually limited to 5 per person and we would have to order an additional "bottomless" to have another round for the table. Everyone agreed to pay the additional charge. Finally when we all went to pay our tabs the waitress rudely spoke to one of the customers criticizing the amount of tip left on the tab. False advertisement and rude staff. First and last time entering this est... read more

Hostesses are rude and look they were in a bad mood. They had teenager attitude (for those who know what that means). Our server was also like in a hurry or in a bad mood. Not attentive at all. The food was also way too simple and for the price it costs, not worth going there too eat. I have to admit though, the setting is very nice, next to the water and very well kept. Definitely a place ONLY to have a drink. Bottom line, take your hard earned money elsewhere.
