These guys are absolutely amazing. They came recommended by our handyman. He told us that he had used them to replace part of his own roof and was very impressed so we decided to give them a try. They are not the cheapest out there and are not the most expensive either. They are responsive. They showed up when they promised they would and showed up with a ton of workers. Great work. Very clean and did a fantastic job at repairing and installing multiple new roofs on my property. Worked quick as well and have had no issues with the roofs since then. The work is very professional and reliable. You will definitely be happy and confident with what you pay for as their years of experience is very evident in their fantastic work.

Louis and his team went above and beyond. They always kept me informed of the progress, solicited feedback as the project was ongoing and made sure I was comfortable before making any decisions. Their attention to detail was excellent and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Luis and his team maintains my roof and installed new siding on the whole house. Their work is of highest quality. They are very professional, clean, polite and with reasonable charges. My neighbors have become their customers too. I strongly recommend their services to my family and friends.

I actually chose guaman over lowes due to their professionalism and attention to details. Also offered a great price and quality material. The team was punctual, rapid, and neat. I would definitely recommend them to others. My house looks newly built.
