My wife got the NY strip tacos. They had one little strip of meat in them. The flavor was bland. I got the steak chilequilas. It tasted like straight salt and there was a very small amount of meat. Also the table was sticky and the server was not very attentive.
Sad! Fish overcooked. Steak tacos terrible. Took a long time. Chips burnt. Overpriced. Don’t bother going here. But it is open on Monday.
Very cute place! The food is generously portioned and flavorful. The salsa is out of the world! I had the taco trio and my mom had the shrimp. Both were outstanding. The refried beans were delicious. We will be back!
I wished I’d read the most recent reviews before I decided on a special night out. Worst dining experience in my forty three years of life. Understaffed. Waitress was rude, curt, and inattentive. The patrons around us struggled to get her attention for drinks and we had to wait and ask for utensils. The atmosphere was uncomfortable. Everyone was waiting and agitated. Was excited to finally try this place. Only one other table occupied when we went in. I ordered chicharrones w/guac. Guacamole was definitely not fresh. My husband ordered the dizcada street tacos, he got only chorizo. Flavor was mediocre and they were cold. Our server was friendly. Chips are homemade and delicious as well as the salsa.
