Victor and his crew did a superb job in installing a skylight along with new shingles, replacing damaged soffits and re-roofing the doorway and window area with transparent material to let more light in . Victor was very helpful and professional when he came to the house to figure out the cost, he had an iPad to record dimensions, took photos , did a thorough inspection and advised and answered all our questions. We needed a new sky light in our kitchen to be installed over the existing roof. Victor and his 2-crew completed all the work and more in one day and met their original estimate. The work included the following; Furnishing and installing a new skylight, complete with flashing, new roof shingles and interior finished frame; Replacing existing porch roof with corrugated sheetings for better light over the existing frame; Replacing existing old wooden soffit and facia with new a plywood…wrapping facia in aluminum foil. Needed to replace my 26 yr old roof, contacted Guaillas Roofing, spoke with Jessica, very nice and super helpful. Had an appointment a few days after with Luis to give me a quote on a new roof and gutters. Very reasonable pricing and they did the job the following week all in one day. Exceptionally neat and cleanup after they were done, explained everything they did after they were done, and even took care of somethings i didnt even know about. Great company and employees!! Give them a call.
Guaillas Roofing was extremely easy to work with as this is my first time as a homeowner to replace a roof. Showed up 20 mins after calling inquiring for an estimate. Everything was explain clearly about how it was going to work. They replaced the roof, gutters and skylights all in one day and work looks incredible for a great price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to do work on their roof or gutters.
