As a birria fanatic, I can honestly say the quesabirria here was absolutely amazing—easily one of my favorites in town! The meat was tender and flavorful, the tortillas were perfectly crispy, and every bite was delicious. If you're craving authentic birria, Guadalupe Tex-Mex Kitchen is definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be back!
I have passed by this food truck many times and I finally decided to stop and give them a try. Originally I was craving a shrimp quesadilla but I was really hungry and wanted something a bit more filling. I decided on the camarones a la diabla (spicy ) The dinner came with rice, black beans and corn tortillas. It was delicious!
