Guadalupe took excellent care of my father in law, so I chose her as my own provider to be closer to home. What started out as slightly abnormal lab work has opened Pandora’s box. Only because she questioned and sent me for further work up, I found out that I have multiple abnormal findings on imaging that need further investigation. She could have easily dismissed my labs and checked them again next year, as they were only slightly abnormal but she didn’t. I am grateful for her!
My favorite APRN in Louisville. She is kind, listens and exhausts all measures to help you. I would highly recommend her.
Primary care person is great, and only reason I put up with calling. Put on hold forever with recording saying busy. Ha. That place doesn't know busy. Your call gets funneled through large call center or something.
