I have never had a bad interaction with the staff here. I always try my best to make them laugh, because I know that if I was able to walk in, I’m far from the worst they’ve seen that day. I’ve been here twice in two months, first time at 11 weeks pregnant for bleeding and second time at 19 weeks pregnant for weekend UTI symptoms. Especially at the first, they were incredibly busy, but they still got all my labs drawn and my vitals taken in a very reasonable amount of time. As soon as a room became available, I was in it. Recently visited the ER while my mother was admitted.Nurse Practicioner Alma was phenomenal.She was pat ient,attentive and answered all our questions.great staff!!
Felt bullied by Nurse Tanner when i arrived to check on my wife blaming her condition on me all irationally and only half informed about the situation
