We just moved to seguin and had the worst experience Walked into ER at1:30 took my daughter straight into registration sat in waiting room tell 4 and nothing she’s only 17 ohh but there quick to take your insurance. This is the worst I have ever had to wait at a Emergency Room ever 3:40am and nothing parking lot was empty but lady says they have a lot of patients lobby was dead not one person.. My husband went in with respiratory issues and the whole staff and doctors took such great care of him and me. They were all so attentive, caring and compassionate. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful group of medical staff and doctors in our beautiful little town of Seguin. Thank you GRMC!

I have never had a bad interaction with the staff here. I always try my best to make them laugh, because I know that if I was able to walk in, I’m far from the worst they’ve seen that day. I’ve been here twice in two months, first time at 11 weeks pregnant for bleeding and second time at 19 weeks pregnant for weekend UTI symptoms. Especially at the first, they were incredibly busy, but they still got all my labs drawn and my vitals taken in a very reasonable amount of time. As soon as a room became available, I was in it.
