I have no idea why this hospital has so many bad reviews. I was taken care of by Mark, Dr.Robinson, Christina and many more. From the moment I walked in they were nice and took my concerns seriously. Despite being busy, they checked on me often and made sure I was comfortable and took care of me. I came here once before with my wife and also had a positive experience. Thank you everyone for your help!

Think my review may have gotten taken down so I will reiterate, this was the WORST emergency room I have ever been to. My daughter was in pain for HOURS before anyone came to even evaluate her. The whole experience was traumatizing & I will never be coming here for an emergency again. You'd have better luck making a drive to anywhere else but here.

We just moved to seguin and had the worst experience Walked into ER at1:30 took my daughter straight into registration sat in waiting room tell 4 and nothing she’s only 17 ohh but there quick to take your insurance. This is the worst I have ever had to wait at a Emergency Room ever 3:40am and nothing parking lot was empty but lady says they have a lot of patients lobby was dead not one person.. I take the hour drive to Austin oh please believe me they will bill u for sitting in their lobby.now I see the bad reviews wow the w... read more
