They took great care of me. Was a bit of a wait, but that was due to shift change.
It was not as bad as I thought it was going to be, I was really nervous I guess because of the unknown.With the friendly staff of nurses and doctors and everyone I wasn't nervous very long,everyone was very welcoming and they did there jobs great,keep up the good work and thank you very much.
2nd time within a year, the ER Doctor diagnosed me incorrectly. Sure hope I do not ever have to walk into this ER ever again. 1st time I got discharged and said I had a UTI. Nope, I had food poisoning. 2nd time said I had a stye in my eye. I had a chalazion that had gotten infected. Definitely need a new ER doctor.
Very good experience with doctors and nurses
The staff at GRMC was very friendly and helpful. They made my experience very pleasant and comfortable, which helps ease any nervousness one may have.
