I had a surgery for a bunion and a torn ligament in Austin on March 10 2026 and was in a cast. On March 23 2026 I started having pain in my toe that evening. It was a constant pain so I went to the ER. I checked in at 11;30 PM to the ER and get to the back until around 5am. I sat there in pain for 5 hours. I was given a muscle relaxer injection which relieved /masked the pain until I could see my physician that morning. I would recommend GRMC to anyone who needs to go to the hospital for any medical reasons. As a patient I was treated very well in the facility. I had a procedure done and the whole medical team explained the procedure and the process of it. Very caring set of nurses and doctors there at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center.

Was returning home andhad an emergency. Went to Gudalupe medical ER. Excellent customer service. Very professional. Thank you Hannah, Amy,Madison, Luanne NP.and the staff.excellent.

Waited for only a couple of minutes before being helped. All staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The hospital is very clean. My issue was taken care of quickly.

Really did not feel like spending the afternoon in an ER. But my primary physician had other plans for me. She sent me to the ER to treat a bad tooth abscess. Ended up getting blood work, a CT scan and IV antibiotics. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Not at all what I expected an ER visit to be like. The staff was very efficient, courteous, and kept me informed. Thank u Guadalupe Valley Regional ER staff.
