Guadalajara Grill was such a great experience from the moment we walked in. The waiter was so helpful in assuring us seating due to the restrictions. We travelled from Texas to Santa Fe, and back this weekend. Our favorite discovery from the road trip was the Guadalajara Grill!!! The steak and shrimp was excellent, but the civiche' was WORLD CLASS! We have never even considered eating left-over ceviche' and chips while driving home, but we couldn't wait 8 hours to finish it! And try the Mary's too!!
