Very poor customer service. The man who took our order never asked what type of cheese I wanted and just picked one himself without asking. That’s not how you treat customers when there are different options available. After we paid, he simply left the bag on the counter without saying a word, didn’t thank us, didn’t tell us our order was ready, and walked straight into the kitchen. I recently ordered a high protein bowl. I asked to not include spicy salsa on the bowl which they still added and I ordered a pink lemonade which they didn't add on the order.
