The food here was okay but the customer service was terrible! I walked in and stood waiting to be acknowledged for over 5 minutes. When I was finally acknowledged by one of the employees, I asked him if he was the manager? To my surprise he said no and pointed to the Indian looking lady who had the sour lime face when I walked in and never made eye contact with me at all! Food is great but their customer service may be one of the worst. My pickup/delivery orders are almost always incorrectly prepared. Also, it shouldn’t take 15 minutes for someone behind the counter to ask you if you are picking up or ordering food. Customer service needs a major upgrade.
Very Concerning Customer Service I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Guac Time. There is an employee there who consistently has an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude toward customers. This is not an isolated incident—I’ve personally witnessed her treating multiple customers poorly. What concerned me even more was seeing her handle food directly with her hands after being asked to use a utensil, and on another occasion, she actually threw water on a customer. Foods was decent. Was hoping for more heat in the jerk chx. The music was a bit loud to eat in peace, but tolerable.
