Worst service ever. Ordered two regular burritos and they literally gave me small burritos. When I called them to ask about it, they came up with fake reasons. This is daylight robbery.
Used to love it, the taste was on point, but had 2 consecutive bad experiences ! They messed up my churro order and the churro weren’t ready when we arrived almost 25 min after placing the order. They are also cheaping out on portions in Burrito, literally had to ask twice to get the portion that usually comes in it. I visited there today for a delivery pickup, there’s a girl at make line. Firstly I arrived there I waited 15 minutes after the pickup time and then I just ask her, is my order ready she started staring angerly on me then she said no we will make it after 30 minutes more go and grab order from other stores. If you don’t like to make the customer’s order why you are working here. It’s not a good behaviour. Store needs to improve their staff’s behaviour.
