Except for the namesake guacamole, my food was really fresh and tasty. The salsas were excellent. Ironically, the guacamole was not good. At all. It had a commercial, pre-made texture (creamy vs chunky) and weird, salty taste. Regret that I paid extra for it. If my assumption is incorrect and the restaurant is preparing their guacamole in-house, the cooks need to be re-trained on how to make proper, fresh guacamole, including the proper ingredients to use.
