I hate to leave a negative review, but I was so shocked, especially since I read positive reviews before coming here. When I first arrived for my appt, I stood in front of Jolie at the register for 10 MINUTES before she acknowledged me! We were the only people in the shop. She was on her phone, and I assumed she was on an important video call and couldn't be interrupted.
