Saw Dr. Gibsons office and was scheduled for surgery a few days later. Was informed to call if emergency came up and or needed to cancel. Followed protocol to do so but messages were never sent to the Dr's office. Upon following up to make sure appointment was canceled, was informed that a 500 charge would be sent for cancelation. Find it very shady to do such to someone who tried to follow the steps and was misinformed by the hospital. Also, they keep a dog in the lobby of the official doctors office. Truly unsanitary. Dr Gibson and his staff have been a tremendous help through a couple rough patches with my health. Plus they have a dog in there office. Great place .
Dr.Gibson is up front and explains everything , kind and courteous and will answer all questions. Definitely recommend.
Dr Gibson comes well respected, but not sure about the support staff...waited a month to try and get insurance issue worked out( not their fault), but didn't get a call or any kind of support in that whole month from them as to how to work this out or any other options...felt totally kicked to the curb😞 Went elsewhere and got some support and got it sorted out in 2 days!
Very efficient call for appt Very quick doesn't full around Staff is above nice. Very caring in all phases. Recommend OU you won't be disappointed
