The staff at GU ohio from the happy and eager to help front desk ladies to the doctor are amazing! Dr. Gibson and the RN Stephanie create an amazing atmosphere and they are BOTH so knowledgeable and polite. They don't mess around at that office either. I've never been in the waiting room for over 3-5 mins. I will continue to go! Thank you to the amazing team at GU Ohio! I highly recommend!!!!
First off we are out of pocket pay, he made it clear tmhe was "going to keep it cheap because it can get really expensive " which i thiught was nice until i realized he wasnt going to do anything. My husband peed in a cup, got a bladder scan with the hand scanner. They took his o2 levels but didnt cheack his bo or weight. Just asked if he knew what it might be. He fonished telling us about hiw he spent $25k to save his dogs life, "which he could afford" and didnt even touch my huaband. Didnt see if he had pain or sensativit... read more
Dr Gibson is great and has a great bedside manner. His staff are all easy to talk to and answer all of your questions. There's also a beautiful dog there to greet you in the office, making you feel more comfortable.
Dr. Gibson is the best. I have kidney stones and he has helped me more than any other doctor. Staff is very good, too. Highly recommend.
Saw Dr. Gibsons office and was scheduled for surgery a few days later. Was informed to call if emergency came up and or needed to cancel. Followed protocol to do so but messages were never sent to the Dr's office. Upon following up to make sure appointment was canceled, was informed that a 500 charge would be sent for cancelation. Find it very shady to do such to someone who tried to follow the steps and was misinformed by the hospital. Also, they keep a dog in the lobby of the official doctors office. Truly unsanitary.
