Best experience from beginning to end! Brought in my 2021 Lexus NX. Stephanie, in customer service, is very knowledgeable and patiently explained the process. She answered all my questions and was very accommodating when it came to utilizing insurance. She also made the transition to a rental vehicle very easy. They were fast responding to my inquiry and when I visited them without an appointment, they helped me right away. They fixed my Tesla parking sensor instantly when other shops and the dealer told me I had to leave my car all day and cost was ridiculously higher. Great service and I highly recommend and will go back!
