I cannot recommend GT Wood Flooring enough. Jared was incredible to work with and got his crew in quickly. And his guys? I have genuinely never seen a two-man crew work as hard as they did. Nearly impossible to find a wood floor refinisher in northern Michigan. My issues are as follows: the square footage measurement was 20% higher than what we have. GT Wood Flooring has refinished my floors 3 times in the last 15 yrs. This time was due to water damage. From the moment I called them, Jared was on top of getting the warped floor removed, sub flooring dried, matching existing floor and the refinishing the entire ground floor so it matched. The results are nothing less than remarkable. From the first time I used GT Wood Flooring to this time, Jared has been my first and only call.
Jared and his crew did an outstanding job putting a new resurfacing cope on my Hickory wood floors. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs their wood floors either refinished or resurfaced. Very professional and cost-effective.
The workmanship and cordiality of the employees was exceptional, and at a competitive price. Thank you Jared, for a fine job!
