Great service! Jason was wonderful! Arrived on time and cleaned up after he was finished. It seems to have helped my heating problem. Another tech was booked yesterday to install another grate - above the main system. The time window I was given was between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. He didn’t arrive until 6 p.m. I wasted an entire afternoon waiting. When he arrived, the job only took 15 minutes. Initially I had some difficulty communicating with GTS because it uses an automated voice activated receptionist. It was a difficult experience. Once I got a human on the line I was more successful at booking a technician to come out. The first technician concluded that the problem with the bathroom fans was related to a faulty circuit board. Really happy about the service I received. Everything was timely, everyone was efficient, polite, and always ready answer any questions I had. After my HVAC (AC/heat) unit was installed in my condo, everything worked perfectly. The product seems to be clearly good quality with expert installation. Very happy with GTS Services' work!
One of our fan coils in our suite needed replacing. GTS and two other contractors are on our buildings approved contractors list. We reached out to all three and their quotes were competitive. That being said, the owner of GTS engaged further with us, explaining to us about the replacement unit. This is when we learned that GTS uses closed cell foam for insulation instead of the cheaper and inferior fiberglass insulation. Since the installation of this new furnace in my unit (3 years ago) I've had the same complaint ...instead of warm air it blows cold air!!! One repair person says set the fan on auto, another says use low or medium. Yet another, set the temperature higher. e.g. instead of 73F use 80F. I have yet to be satisfied with the heat output of this unit. I have to wear an extra sweater to keep warm when it starts blowing out cold air instead of heat. I'm not happy with this unit or the service!!!!
