Great service! Jason was wonderful! Arrived on time and cleaned up after he was finished. It seems to have helped my heating problem. Another tech was booked yesterday to install another grate - above the main system. The time window I was given was between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. He didn’t arrive until 6 p.m. I wasted an entire afternoon waiting. When he arrived, the job only took 15 minutes. In my experience over a couple of years, this company tends to prioritize add-ons over actually addressing the root cause of HVAC issues. On several occasions, they performed inspections and suggested multiple upsells, replacing parts or devices, yet the underlying problem remained unresolved. The service itself was okay. Really happy about the service I received. Everything was timely, everyone was efficient, polite, and always ready answer any questions I had. After my HVAC (AC/heat) unit was installed in my condo, everything worked perfectly. The product seems to be clearly good quality with expert installation. Very happy with GTS Services' work!
Initially I had some difficulty communicating with GTS because it uses an automated voice activated receptionist. It was a difficult experience. Once I got a human on the line I was more successful at booking a technician to come out. The first technician concluded that the problem with the bathroom fans was related to a faulty circuit board. Horrible service. Don’t choose this company. The coordinator Tom promises to call back with updates on when they are able to source parts and never does. You can never get through to speak with someone. There is poor communication between Tom, technician Kevin and supplier. They don’t tell you the truth on the hold up.
