Really happy about the service I received. Everything was timely, everyone was efficient, polite, and always ready answer any questions I had. After my HVAC (AC/heat) unit was installed in my condo, everything worked perfectly. The product seems to be clearly good quality with expert installation. Very happy with GTS Services' work!
Service has been excellent from GTS. My elderly mother had problems recently with the new thermostat (no AC) they installed when they did the fan coil upgrades in her condo. They sent someone over quite quickly and when the 1st guy couldn't solve the issue, they sent a more seasoned tech, who figured out that it hadn't been programmed properly. This happened during a heat wave, so we were very grateful!
It took me 4 weeks to get a service person in my home. Very frustrated. I spoke to staff, booked appointments, stayed at home waiting for the service person to come, didn't happen for 4 weeks. I finally got hold of the manager and she from her end, she could see how long it took to get the service. Great manager because, she must have spoken to staff and within days of speaking with manager, I finally had a service person come into my home to check on my equipment concerns.
One of our fan coils in our suite needed replacing. GTS and two other contractors are on our buildings approved contractors list. We reached out to all three and their quotes were competitive. That being said, the owner of GTS engaged further with us, explaining to us about the replacement unit. This is when we learned that GTS uses closed cell foam for insulation instead of the cheaper and inferior fiberglass insulation. I was completely satisfied with my service today. Allan took the time to explain the many aspects of how the heat pump works. He also took the time to discuss other things I could to make the functionality even better. Best thing I’d that he attended during the agreed times.
