Two GTS technicians did duct cleaning at our townhouse. Efficient, professional, courteous. Had to come back another day to deal with an issue with air flow from the dryer, completely solved the problem. Highly recommended.
One of our fan coils in our suite needed replacing. GTS and two other contractors are on our buildings approved contractors list. We reached out to all three and their quotes were competitive. That being said, the owner of GTS engaged further with us, explaining to us about the replacement unit. This is when we learned that GTS uses closed cell foam for insulation instead of the cheaper and inferior fiberglass insulation. I was completely satisfied with my service today. Allan took the time to explain the many aspects of how the heat pump works. He also took the time to discuss other things I could to make the functionality even better. Best thing I’d that he attended during the agreed times.
Not terrific. The technician arrived about 2 hours after the time window proposed by the office. Because I was not present at that time, I had no opportunity to talk with him about the problem with my thermostat -- an unusual and intermittent bug which I would have liked the chance to explain. As it stood, my phone conversation following the service call provided some helpful info but did not solve the problem
This is a good service - they gave a heads-up before they came and they arrived right on time, got the job done quickly and tidily (cleaned the main air-ducts, bathroom fan and the clothes dryer duct without leaving any mess in about 40 minutes or so). They were also friendly and polite. The cost was very reasonable and it seems like they did a good job.
