He started with the through diagnostic on the heat pump, his strong expertise confirmed quickly that the heat pump is working well that should not cause the overheat temperature in the unit. His willingness to help beyond responsibilities (to help me for the receptacle wiring) is also greatly appreciated.
Roman completed our duct cleaning today. He was so thorough and helpful. He explained what he was doing and took before and after photos of each area he cleaned. I highly recommend him. Thank you for top notch service!
Service was great. The technician arrived at 9.00 am as scheduled and, within a few minutes, identified the problem. He gave me a clear, understandable quote, and I told him to fix the problem without hesitation. He completed the repair in less than 40 minutes and was on his way......Great service
Great service! Jason was wonderful! Arrived on time and cleaned up after he was finished. It seems to have helped my heating problem. Another tech was booked yesterday to install another grate - above the main system. The time window I was given was between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. He didn’t arrive until 6 p.m. I wasted an entire afternoon waiting. When he arrived, the job only took 15 minutes.
