The scheduled visit as per the appointment was adhered to by the technician. Rolando has a very good attitude and performed the job meticulously and in detail taking care of maintaining the work place tidy and clean throughout the job. Technically was very professional and made sure that we were fully satisfied at the end of the job. The logistics part of the group was also very well timed. Overall, the complete job was very well managed.
GTS services replaced and relocated two 35 year old fan coils in my condo and they did an excellent job of installing the best fan coils and did a thorough job. Two of their installers Eddie Novoy and Jack Nguyen came today and not only did a marvellous job but showed me in detail how to operate the digital thermostat. When they came in my place made sure nothing was obstructing their way and put their rubber mats and carpets to make sure my floors were not damaged and when leaving they cleaned up everything and no mess left... read more
I would definitely recommend this company The people that installed my fan coils were very nice & polite. They took great care as to not get my place dirty and cleaned up very well also. All I had to do was put the furniture back in its place.

I was very satisfied with the installation by GTS Services. The installer worked steadily for several hours with never a break, politely refusing a coffee or lunch. He left my living room clean and tidy and I'm very pleased with the improvement the new system has made. This visit was for a temperature control issue. The installer made the correction within five minutes, was very polite and friendly and I'm a very satisfied customer.
