Kevin (onsite technician) was very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely an asset to the company!! Greater care needs to be taken when rescheduling appts - original appt was book for a Thursday, GTS's automated system sent an email noting it had to rescheduled for the next day (notification received the morning of the original appointment). When appointments need to be scheduled for another day, a call would be better. While the service is good, price is exceptionally high.
Update: The grills have been installed today (June 23rd) and the HVAC technicians were great, thoughtful, and considerate. I also appreciate the thoughtful and prompt response by GTS regarding my original review below. I suppose my only concern with the new grills is that one of them is noticeably smaller in width than the old one exposing an obvious gap/space between the left side of the grill and the dry wall. GTS services is very good from making appointments to work on site. Allen, the technician is so professional and patience to explain the issues. I will use their service again in the future when needed.
Some the interior insulation came off inside the housing of a fan coil unit. Called up GTS for quote to perform the repair. Technician Romen arrived per appointment and did a efficient, neat and perfect job to fix the issue. This not the first time I have GTS to work on my fan coil units, which they have consistently did great.
’im honestly not happy with the service. It took way too long to get something this small fixed. When I call other companies, they’re available and can get the job done within a day or two — I’ve done it before. But this company took over a week just to fix minor issues, and the only reason seems to be that it was under warranty…. If we were paying out of pocket, it would’ve been done in a day or two — just like last time. That double standard is really frustraring😥😥😥😥😥
