This is a good service - they gave a heads-up before they came and they arrived right on time, got the job done quickly and tidily (cleaned the main air-ducts, bathroom fan and the clothes dryer duct without leaving any mess in about 40 minutes or so). They were also friendly and polite. The cost was very reasonable and it seems like they did a good job.
Not terrific. The technician arrived about 2 hours after the time window proposed by the office. Because I was not present at that time, I had no opportunity to talk with him about the problem with my thermostat -- an unusual and intermittent bug which I would have liked the chance to explain. As it stood, my phone conversation following the service call provided some helpful info but did not solve the problem
GTS services replaced and relocated two 35 year old fan coils in my condo and they did an excellent job of installing the best fan coils and did a thorough job. Two of their installers Eddie Novoy and Jack Nguyen came today and not only did a marvellous job but showed me in detail how to operate the digital thermostat. When they came in my place made sure nothing was obstructing their way and put their rubber mats and carpets to make sure my floors were not damaged and when leaving they cleaned up everything and no mess left... read more
The installation was completed quickly and professionally, with every detail handled meticulously. The service team was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly.
Great Job! Great service! Highly recommend if you have a problem with your ducting! We had a backflow problem they solved quickly. What a relief! Knowledgable and easy, kind service people - in person and in the office booking the service visits. Thank you! Will recommend!
