Really bad customer support. They told me that the vehicle that I was purchasing had 24 months of warranty bumper to bumper, when I showed up they said it was a misunderstanding and tried to charge me for it, even so the warranty is just powertrain and nothing else, told me that they didn’t know exactly what was the deal with the warranty, that I had to read all the agreement to find out…. I recommended my friend Ronie to buy a Ford 250 truck. We left Georgia and went to Florida to pick up the truck he had always dreamed of. On the first day back home, the car started showing defects, so I advised him to talk to Carol, who sold him the car, and report everything.
