The delivery team damaged my driveway. When I contacted Doug with GTS he informed me that the contractor team that did the delivery denied causing any damage and that he, Doug, is refusing to process a claim. This is all despite having Ring camera footage showing the truck in my driveway and the personnel coming back to look at the exact spot where the damage is. So my experience with GTS is - dishonest contractors and poor customer service. I hope to get this resolved with the vendor I purchased from.
