I sent my teenage son to GTS Express Lube for an oil change. They asked him if he needed several extra services. While he called his Dad to ask, they performed the services. I feel like they took advantage of an unknowing teenager by selling him services I have never heard of. Why does anyone need an oil system flush or a fuel system flush? They also put in a new air filter which was not needed. I called to question the service and was told they only offer or suggest additional services. GO TO GTS FOR CAR SERVICES GTS is a grate place i used to work for them and thay are grate with the costumers and never try to make you buy junk when it is not needed unlike juffy lube... that dont have any clames ...<ulnlike juffy lube 100.000 clames a month> stick with GTS for fast services.. and grat coustmer services
GTS is great!! I always take my Jeep to GTS when it is time for an oil change or inspection. They are very friendly and I do not feel like they are pressuring me into buying things that are not necessary. I never have to wait very long and they always give me coupons for my next visit. Great customer service!!
