Honestly, the clinic was pretty good. It was a little pricey since the consultation cost $150, but the service was really fast. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re trying to avoid paying and don’t mind waiting for the public system. My mom had her blood test yesterday, and the results were ready by 7 a.m. the next day, so the turnaround was less than 24 hours. That’s why I think it’s worth it if you need results quickly😄
Avoid this place. Total bait-and-switch with their billing. They tell you insurance covers the blood work in click sante , then demand payment upfront once you're already there and request reimbursement yourself. Poor customer communication and terrible appointment instructions. Highly unprofessional.
