I’ve seen all the good reviews but I’m wondering if this place is a scam company. I went to Zillow and found a listing for a place so I sent a message for more info. Instead of answering my question it was an auto response and asked if I I wanted to set up a “self viewing tour” for the listing I was interested in. It said I could do this by talking to “River” their AI chat gbt bot. I set up a tour through River and called them and left a voicemail to ask a question I had about the listing.
