I called GTO plumbing and repair at 10:30pm one evening due to scary situation with my failing water heater. Manolo promptly answered my call and coached me on safety protocol. It was a very stressful situation and was so grateful that he responded so late in the evening. He came over the next day with his assistant to assess the situation. They were both very kind, prompt and helped reassure me that sure my home was safe. I will happily recommend this business to others in need of plumbing/household services!!!

I’ve used GTO twice in the past year for various projects related to clogged sinks, faucet replacement, toilet issues, and drainage problems. They are fantastic - responsive, timely, competent, honest, friendly, and fairly priced. This is now my go to plumbing service.

Manolo and his Son of GTO provided EXCELLENT SERVICE! They were professional, courteous, respectful of me, (a 64 year old Woman, home by myself), our home and property and worked relentlessly to resolve our plumbing issues. Manolo provided me with easy to understand explanations about the problems with our system, what was required to resolve those issues and of his work at each step of the repair process. We had a great experience with this plumbing team. They were incredibly nice, prompt, and professional from start to finish. They arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and handled everything efficiently and cleanly. It’s such a relief to work with people who are both skilled and genuinely kind. We would absolutely recommend them and will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.
