I placed an order on July 5. I received notification that my order had been received. They pulled payment. I've received no notification since. I called them today, july 14. They informed me they were currently out of the item I had purchased, and that it would be on their next monthly order, 3-4-5 weeks out. I feel I should have been notified in less than 9 days without having to call them. I've canceled my order. Waiting for refund.

I’m so glad this place exists! I keep buying Pontiacs and know these guys have all the small details I need to make the cars like new again. Their customer service is top notch. The product selection and prices continue to impress.
THey were a decent company ten years ago , now they dont care i will never buy anything from this loser again .
I cannot say enough good things about this place and their customer service I bought a coldcase radiator that was damaged during shipping called these guys they wanted pictures of the damage naturally well it wasn't 24hours from the time I sent pictures until I got confirmation and tracking info for the replacement they had shipped top notch guarantee I go to these guys first for any parts I need in the future they really are top notch I can't recommend them enough
