Not sure where the positive comments are coming from. Maybe people are treated better in Texas. GTN did the bare minimum when working with Dells MSP at my prior company. When GTN “won” the contract, my “rep” either quit or got fired so I had no contact for several weeks - leaving me uncertain of my future.
