Worked as a contractor supporting Copeland through GTN. Unfortunately, my experience was overwhelmingly negative. Communication from my assigned representative was nearly nonexistent throughout my employment. There were also two separate payroll issues where employees were not paid on time, which created unnecessary financial stress and damaged trust immediately. Not sure where the positive comments are coming from. Maybe people are treated better in Texas. GTN did the bare minimum when working with Dells MSP at my prior company. When GTN “won” the contract, my “rep” either quit or got fired so I had no contact for several weeks - leaving me uncertain of my future.
