To make a long story short, I had called them to replace a gfci outlet in my RV. They sent Jason, who did replace the outlet, but still did not work. However, after 3 weeks and extremely poor management and communication, I had to call someone else who located the problem with the outlet. Jason had hooked it up backwards.
