After a month of trying to get my bearings changed using gtk serviceing I still haven't even got an appointment when my castors are locked to the side. If this was their own company vehicle they wouldn't accept it, they can still walk. Something more essential than any other tools. For some reason this time I need NDIA and plan manager approval to get 8 bearings changed. I ask anyone to try and push 1.5km up hill with wheels locked to the side. Great company with amazing ppl
Ive been trying to get my wheelchair fixed by these guys for almost a year now maybe more , it took 3 months to get a tech out to me to fix my front casters , with all sorts of excuses like they didnt have my chair on file or well get back you and they never do , when a tech finally came out he was rude and didnt even know what size spanners to use to undo the bolts , after he left within a week the front casters had failed and it was another long saga to get any one to come out , he also took my spare chair and wheels and i... read more
