Worst maintenance service ever. Usually never respond to requests . Rude response to requests, refusal to help with basic tenant needs.
These guys have been an absolute life-saver! We were refereed to them by a friend that rents one of their apartments - although we realized later that we've actually been to a number of their buildings before (they manage the galleries on Harrison Ave where they do the markets & art shows and even own the gym I go to - the boston sports club!!)
