Purchased a gorgeous display for my Gelateria about 18 months ago. Not only did GTI provide an amazing case, they ended up creating fully custom counters to match. Plus, they gave me great advice on batch batch freezers for the shop. Def recommend!
We purchased a brand new GTI open case fridge less than 2 years ago for close to $10,000. Since then we’ve had ongoing different issues with it. We service repair from the company for the first year and since then we continue having problems. Now we are having a massive issue with a gas leak and a fan problem which is going to cost us a fortune and the company does not wanna pay for it because it’s past the warranty. They really need to take a class on how to make freezers. They have the worst display freezers on the market.
Worst company ever. Gelato cases are JUNK. One year warranty. Two gelato cases have been nothing short of a nightmare for us. Yesterday the compressor blew. Melted everything. It’s been 18 months. Waste of $15,000! Customer service obsolete.
