Best window cleaner I've ever used!!
Terrible experience not customer friendly. They canceled the item I needed. Shipped $7.00 item for the $7.50 shipping fee without giving me the opportunity to cancel the order. So in turn, I paid shipping twice. Their product is wonderful. They should’ve given me free shipping on the canceled item or given me the opportunity to cancel the entire order and replace it at a later date. When I called to deal with the issue, the answer is tough luck. Terrible customer service!

My new 2025 Cadillac CT-5V came with the Gtechniq ceramic coating and kit. After 4 months, it still shines as it did when it came off the showroom floor. I just purchased the leather seat and dash protectant. I didnt pay extra for overnight shipment but it arrived the very next day anyway. 5 star for the quality and 5+ stars for the exceptional customer service.
