Every time I visit GTE lobby, you have the right representative and face to represent GTE Financial. I think the young lady's name is Eureka Simmons. She is so helpful friendly. With a warm smile and anything that I'm in need of in regard to my account. It's immediately resolved right there. And I appreciate you having an employee In the front that meet and greet members with warmth , courtesy and expertise.
My visit at the bank was very pleasant. Customer service was very professional and courteous, the staff made every effort to make sure my request was fulfilled. They are truly a staff of consideration and professionalism. Most importantly, the needs of the customer was their highest priority.
