I have had an extremely frustrating experience with GTE regarding my debit card. Multiple times over the past few months, my card has been randomly blocked or deactivated without any explanation. Each time I call customer service, I am assured that there is no issue with my account, and my card is supposedly active. En pocos meses pasó de ser un buen banco , a ser el peor, te cobran cargos hasta por pisar el banco. Tienen el peor servicio al cliente en línea , no hay beneficios de nada y solo les interesa cobrar y dejar tu cuenta en blanco. NO LO RECOMIENDO.
