I have been a member of GTE for more than 10 years. Probably financed at least 5 vehicles with them mostly at their Carrollwood location with no issues. However, the Riverview branch annoyed me so much when I tried to finance a vehicle with them. To begin with, the customer service follow through is lacking. I deposited money at the atm outside and it came up 100 dollars short but didn't spit the money back out. I went in to talk to them about it and they said they'd investigate the machine, and I never heard back from them or got my money back in my account. It's been 3 months.

I’ve been a member of GTE for more years than I can remember, and today’s experience honestly left me disappointed. I went into a branch to get a cashier’s check and was surprised to find that, despite having five employees working up front, with out customers, I was still directed to wait for one of the two virtual teller stations.
