GTE was very professional, patient, and provided with assistance I requested. He explained every step which made it easy to understand. I was so grateful for his assistance.
The Riverview office has never been a good experience for us. It’s as though the staff doesn’t want to be there. The manager is never available or so the girls answering the phones tell me and you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get anyone to take your call. They even have a recording for you to leave a message and they’ll call you back if they don’t reach you when they call you back they will not try again until the matters result, we do a significant amount of business here and it seems to be getting worse and ... read more
