I must say our first experience at Gtano's was fantastic. Great ambience, tasty food, good service and moderate pricing. We ordered the Anticuchos de Pollo as an app. The Peruvian aji sauce was too picante for my wife but I found it to my liking. Since it was on the side it was not a problem. My wife had the Gtano's Panini while I ordered the Seco de Pollo. The food was very fresh, cooked to perfection, with subtle flavors that made it a delight eat.
