The captain was drinking while operating the boat, which made the entire experience feel unsafe and unprofessional. It completely ruined the trip and left us uncomfortable the whole time. Definitely not what we expected.
The boat showed up two hours late with no explanation or apology, completely ruining our schedule. Extremely unprofessional and not worth the hassle.
The speakers on the boat didn’t work at all, and the crew didn’t bother fixing it. The whole vibe was ruined. Not only that they over charged us with extra fees
They kept adding hidden fees after we thought everything was paid. No explanation, no transparency just extra charges out of nowhere. Very shady business practices.
