I am blind person, and called these people for solving a water damage problem in my basement. On one hand, they did not resolve my issue, and then on the other hand they caused damaged my property. Then they charged my credit card $600 and did nothing. Please do not use this company for any such work.

Says they’re 24 hours. Tried to call around 6:30pm to ask a couple of questions, the guy was short with me, told me it would cost $400 for them to do an estimate, then told me he was “too busy to deal with this right now” and asked for my number to call me back next week. I asked if he was sure he would call me back and he told me it isn’t his problem if someone else hadn’t and hung up. Don’t work in customer service if you’re just going to get annoyed when people call and ask you to do your job.
