This person, Blair does not even deserve one star, I got his number from a friend who said he helped them. He called me right away and told me he would come tomorrow, he asked me to send him the money for the part, which I did in good faith that he would come and fix it the next day, but the day after day and after many text messages he just kept lying and eventually never came. I was sold a hot tub that turned out to be a complete disaster. None of the pumps work, crucial piping is missing, and the entire system is non-functional. This wasn’t just a fixer-upper — it was a junk tub passed off as usable. The seller gave me the impression it was in working or at least restorable condition, but that was clearly not the case. So I bought a topside elsewhere, which I found out to be incompatible with my spa pack. I contacted Blair and he was able to source me a spa pack that was compatible with the topside I had ordered for an extremely reasonable price. Overall great guy and really knows his stuff

Do NOT deal with Blair. He does not stand behind his work, he does not show up like promised. He takes your money and runs. Stay away from him!!!!
