I was sold a hot tub that turned out to be a complete disaster. None of the pumps work, crucial piping is missing, and the entire system is non-functional. So I bought a topside elsewhere, which I found out to be incompatible with my spa pack. I contacted Blair and he was able to source me a spa pack that was compatible with the topside I had ordered for an extremely reasonable price. Overall great guy and really knows his stuff

Do NOT deal with Blair. He does not stand behind his work, he does not show up like promised. He takes your money and runs. Stay away from him!!!!

Blair Ruch came on a Friday to look at our hot tub!! Changed a part that we did not need changed and then told us it was a pump that would cost $429 plus labour charge said he was picking up part but needed money up front!! That should have been a red alert right there but gave him the money any way!! Surprise, surprise we don't see him again and he is ghosting us!! Do not let this man scam you too!! He is a scam artist!! If I could give 0 or negative for this review I would!!!
