My experience at GT Nails was absolutely wonderful. Bella did my nails and my feet with meticulousness and skill. She does very professional job. The shop atmosphere is really comfortable and clean. GT Nails has fantastic customer service. 100 % recommendable!
Back for my nail care. As a regular customer ( keep coming back for the last 3 years), GT nails does a good job on nail care and design. The technician always listens to my ideas and help me pick a design that matches what I want. Yesterday, Q did this design for me, and I love it.
Been coming this salon for 3 years- manager always friendly and great service- always a relaxing enviroment to get quality nails. Q did my nails and she was so sweet and she did everything so well!!
I booked an appointment through the salon’s website with Mary and rearranged my schedule to make it work. When I arrived, I was simply told, “Mary is on vacation.” No prior notice, no follow-up, and no apology. If the online booking system isn’t monitored or reliable, then what is the point of offering it? Clients plan their time around appointments, and it’s the salon’s responsibility to ensure the system reflects staff availability or at least notify clients when changes happen.
