Very knowledgeable with our equipment, are willing and able to adapt to our ever changing requirements from our regulatory bodies. Technicians are friendly, courteous, and prompt. Because, of this we have expanded the use with our local office and moved to use them in other branches as well. Good company to work with. Technology driven, with available online access to our records.

HORRIBLE company. SLOW at getting back to their costumers. Last year I worked with them and SUPPOSEDLY we had a standing work order where they just came every year without calling to certify our 6 scales. Two weeks go by and I noticed that our scales were no longer valid. I called them to set up a time. I had to call them every few days and leave a message about when they were coming. Very professional employees with great attitudes. It is a small office, but the people there are very capable of taking care of all of your scale needs. The personnel there make you feel welcome, and are very helpful with answering any questions you may have. I would recommend anyone to this facility for scale services, whether you're inexperienced in the scale business or have required scale service for years. You will not be dissatisfied.
