Sandy was very prompt with my inquiry and very prompt in filling the order and delivery. Also the parts were better than OEM parts from Deere.
A nice lady named Paula helped me get some highly needed Cat parts, called their supplier to insure the part was available. Haven't received them yet but so far the experience is far above what I am used to buying parts online
Good price on part ,then $19.95 delivery (expensive) ,then they tacked $5.00 for handling when total came back from PayPal, called and said to send email did that twice no response then part shows up at door. I could have purchased at dealer for $8.00 less would not recommend any one to do business with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
G&T had a seat spring for a 35 year old lawn tractor. The part was shipped within 24 hrs and arrived 2 days later. Very happy with my experience.
