Had the car a week and brakes were shot..towed it on Friday and here we are late Monday with nothing. Hell they didn’t even know where my car was this morning or that anything was wrong with it!! Triston was nice and quick to get the money but once cash was in hand that was the end of his professionalism!!! I am livid!!!! Been a WEEK!! A WEEK!!! They won’t even tell me where my car is so I can go get it and do the brakes myself!!!!! I do not recommend this far…
This is the best place to purchase a vehicle very nice people to work with they are just great definitely recommend them
If I could give negative stars I would. Nothing but trouble with the car I bought. It was consistently breaking down for a new part every month. And I am NOT the only one who had problems with them like this even an ex employee had issues with a car they bought here and quit because of how they acted about it. -1000/10 do not recommend
Honestly wish I could leave no stars. Triston and GT Autos prey on the venerable people who desperately need a car. My son and I were told the vehicle we were getting had been serviced and everything was in working order just for my some to end up stranded on the side of the road. We are not from Tyler so we have no friends, no family, no associates, no one to help us at all and christian Triston felt it okay to sell us a car that was unreliable. GT Autos has a chance to make this right. Let’s see if they do!
