Johnny and his team were awesome. Did a awesome job and kept me updated with what was happening.
Service was good, no complains. However charging two service calls for the same repair is a little too much. I understand that technician might not have spare parts on the truck and parts need to be order. However, coming to finish the repair with ordered parts and charging for service call again is too much. I don't know if this is the industry standard now? Service 5 stars, no doubt. Diagnose 5 min, repair done in 10 min. Charging price no star.
GT Air has been amazing to deal with. I needed a part for my HRV system replaced. After struggling with Haven Home for over a week without even getting a quote, I contacted GT Air After speaking with Kevin - I had a diagnostic visit the same day; the part quoted and ordered the next. Very happy customer. First talked to Shawn about updating a 23 year old furnace and air conditioner. They sent a technician, Dimitri, who diagnosed a cracked heat condenser. He was very professional and explained the issue as well as possible options. Next we talked to Johnny who organized a team to come in and install a new heat pump. We scheduled it for 3 weeks later but then our air conditioner died 2 days later. I called Johnny to move up the install date and he had his whole team there the next morning.
