Absolutely appalling service. GT Air decommissioned our air-conditioning system, left the property without heating, and then simply walked away from the job. After countless emails — some marked as urgent — they repeatedly ignored communication and only resurfaced to push blame elsewhere. Their behaviour has been arrogant, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I would give GT Air my highest recommendation. Their service and installation of a ducted A/C system in an old building was fantastic. They were extremely helpful throughout and the guys did an amazing job with the installation. Their work was tidy and clean and the job was done very smoothly. All the communications with the office were very helpful. I am very grateful for their services. Thank you very much for a great job.
Gavin and his team from GT Air Solutions are truly 5 star. Gavin has done 4 separate aircon installations for us, all in situations no one else could manage.
