I purchased $20k worth of 2 HVACs from this company because they gave a good price, appeared to be local and a good company. We had guests in the house and the HVAC was not heating. I called for service and evidently they have outsourced their phone now to another company. I called 3 times asking them to have the technician call me when they got to the house I could keep this issue from becoming an even bigger inconvenience to the guests staying there.
