I called on a very hot Friday to ask for A/C repair. Nick sent Jacob on the same day and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. You can’t ask for better service!! Thank you SO much! I highly recommend GSSN and also suggest that you become a member for quick service and the twice yearly check-ups of your heating and A/C systems. GSSN of Winchester is GREAT!!
Jacob, the GSSN technician, showed up at my home on time/early! This was important to me because my air conditioner was no longer cooling, and the heat index temperature outside was100°! This made it extra hot inside my home! Jacob determined that the capacitor had gone bad, and explained that when this happens, the compressor that actually cools the home no longer works. I had GSSN replace my old AC with a new Daikin system and I’m really happy with the whole process. Nick gave me a clear, detailed quote and answered all my questions up front. Chris did the install — he was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. The new system runs great, it’s quiet and keeps the house super comfortable. I appreciate GSSN’s good communication and quality work. Would definitely recommend them!
