Angel was very friendly, professional, explained what needed to be fixed and how much it was. He did a great job and I would tell everyone to use GSSN for the hvac service
About 6 months ago I had 4 systems replaced by GSSN. They have been a nightmare to deal with since. I first called them when we thought we had a gas leak. Turns out that it was an aged out unit that had a manufacturer defect. We made the decision to have all 3 systems replaced. We were also having issues with a mini split, so we decided to have that replaced as well. We FINALLY got amazing service from GSSN! Marco was the BEST technician we have ever had. Because of Marco, I will continue our maintenance plan with GSSN!
GSSN impressed me today as second to none for heating & cooling service provider. Within 24 hours of a call from Sears Warranty they were the only company to dispatch a technician the very day between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm ! Although he was not able to fix the problem but he diagnosed the faulty equipment and ordered the needed parts. I will strongly recommend this company!
We woke up without heat on 2 of our levels today…temp 7 degrees. I called GSSN and within 2 hours a technician was here. He diagnosed a frozen condensation line and rerouted the line to our sump pump. We then had HEAT. GSSN is a great company.
